I’m Sara Edholm – a Fractional COO, operational partner and entrepreneur with 15+ years of experience in leadership, business development, project management and operations.
My background spans leading teams and complex operations at Bosch Rexroth to product strategy and launches at Arla and Polarbröd. I am also running my own business since 2023, so I know first-hand what it means to build something of your own.
I combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership. I can be your sounding board and second brain – but also step in, lead and take ownership of getting things done.
I’m also a trained yoga teacher and mindfulness instructor, which probably says something about how I work: calm, grounded and intuitive – with high ambition, but without unnecessary chaos.
